Delivery & Shipping

Solent Yamaha will ship to virtually any address in the UK. We reserve the right to not ship outside of the UK at our discretion.

Shipping costs depend on the options you choose, the size and weight of the item, and where the order is going. It's really not that complicated. To estimate shipping costs, place an item in your shopping basket and then click the 'Proceed to Checkout' button. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Shipping date estimates will appear in the order form and, you'll see both shipping and delivery date estimates in the order confirmation e-mail and in the order summary in Your Account.

Free delivery

Free delivery is available where the total purchase value is over 100 GBP. This is automatically calculated by the web site. You can choose the free delivery option during the checkout process. Our free delivery uses the lowest cost delivery option available (this normally means that your purchase will be with you within 4-5 working days).

Delivery charges

Where free delivery is not available the delivery charge is automatically calculated and you are offered a number of solutions to choose. Once you've chosen the cost is added to your order and you will see the total amount you need to pay before you confirm the order.

Delivery charges are kept to a minimum and we calculate the costs using Royal Mail as the courier. All orders over 10Kg will require a signature. If you are liable to be out, please give an alternative delivery address or type instructions into the notes section as you place your order.

We aim to despatch goods in stock within one working day, and deliver to you within 3 working days. Occasionally items are not immediately available - we will then despatch as much of your order as we can immediately and back-order the unavailable item for delivery at a later date at no extra charge.

Please note - We only collect payment for items as they are despatched to you. Not before.
